Lessons are strictly online via Zoom.
Duration: 60, 90, or 120 minutes, depending on the agreed format.
Necessary materials:
– Pen/pencil and paper (preferably one notebook for regular students),
– or a tablet as an alternative.
A screen is required, as the teacher shares written work during the lesson.
A camera is preferable but not compulsory. The teacher may request it when needed.
Optional but useful materials:
– ruler,
– eraser,
– coloured pencils or pens,
– highlighters.
These may help with geometry, diagrams, and clearer note-taking.
All lessons must be prepaid.
Single lessons:
Payment must be made at least 4 hours before the class.
Lesson packs:
Payment must be made at least 4 hours before the first class.
Lesson packs are non-refundable.
Unused lessons may be rescheduled according to pack rules but are not refunded.
Payment methods
PayPal or bank transfer.
Payment details are provided by the teacher.
Lessons are booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Booking may be made through messenger, email, or the website.
A lesson is considered scheduled only after written confirmation from both sides.
For regular weekly slots:
– the time is agreed once (and may be adjusted during the study period),
– no weekly confirmation is needed unless a change is requested.
Pack lessons
– Each booked lesson can be rescheduled once with 24 hours notice.
– A second reschedule or any request with less than 24 hours notice counts the lesson as used.
– May be rescheduled multiple times.
If rescheduling becomes frequent, the teacher may require:
• a longer notice period or
• prepayment and booking in advance with no refund option.
24+ hours notice → no penalty.
<24 hours → lesson is paid .
No notice → lesson counted as held.
Repeated late cancellations may result in stricter rules or lessons ending.
If the teacher needs to reschedule, the student will be notified as early as possible,
and the class will be moved to another convenient time without penalty.
If the teacher cancels a class, the student may choose:
– a rescheduled class,
– compensated time in another lesson,
– or a full refund (if prepaid).
If the teacher cancels or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice,
the class is fully refunded, if paid.
If such changes become frequent, the teacher may adjust the schedule format
or end the lessons with a refund for any unused prepaid classes.
If homework is assigned:
– it is posted in Google Classroom and/or sent by email,
– it is assigned within 12 hours after the class,
– the deadline is before the next class, unless stated otherwise,
– submission: Google Classroom or email (student may choose).
Homework is checked within 72 hours (3 days) after the deadline
If the student is late, the teacher is not obliged to extend the lesson,
but may do so voluntarily.
If the teacher is late, she compensates the lost time during the same class,
in a future class, another mutually convenient method, or by refund.
If the student is more than 15 minutes late without notice, the class is considered finished and not refunded.
If notice is given, the teacher will wait, but is not obliged to extend the time.
If the teacher is 15 minutes late, the class is fully refunded.
Materials are provided through Google Classroom and/or email or another convenient method.
Access remains available throughout the course and for at least 2 years after completion.
Materials may be sent as an archive upon request.
If the student loses access, the teacher will assist with recovery.
Extra materials may be provided when needed.
– Be punctual.
– Camera preferred for first lessons; later optional.
– If you feel stuck or behind, please warn the teacher in advance so the plan can be adjusted.
– Provides clear explanations during lessons.
– Subject-related questions are welcome.
– Homework is checked within 72 hours after the deadline.
– Student questions are answered within 24 hours on working days (weekends excluded).
– Messages may be sent anytime; the teacher replies at the earliest convenience.
– Be punctual.
The study plan is based on the student’s goals.
Schedule may be set weekly or fixed in advance.
Mock tests may be provided.
Progress tracking may be shared through Google Classroom and teacher analytics.
Recording lessons is allowed only with mutual agreement.
Confidentiality: student information, work, and progress are not shared with third parties.
Respectful and polite communication is expected from both sides.
If connection fails on the teacher’s side,
missed time will be compensated during the current class, in a future class, or refunded.
If connection fails on the student’s side:
– notify the teacher immediately,
– if repeated issues prevent the class from continuing, the teacher may reschedule the remaining time,
– the teacher may voluntarily compensate some time, but is not obliged to do so.
Expiration period: 183 days from purchase
(the exact expiration date is provided at purchase).
Recommended lesson frequency depends on the student’s goals.
A lesson from a pack is considered “used” when:
– the lesson has taken place,
– the student did not show up,
– the class was cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
